We have been researching with the REALITIES project since 2022. As co-Investigators our research focuses on our Scottish consortium and drawing together many partners in order to facilitate changes in public health and wellbeing. Our focus is on the impact of creativity and engagement with our beautiful natural assets here in Highland. This is a varied research project involving many partners from all over Scotland.
This research was funded by a UKRI mobilising community assets to tackle health inequalities Research Grant for the project titled: REALITIES in Health Disparities: Researching Evidence-Based Alternatives in Living, Imaginative, Traumatised, Integrated, Embodied Systems, Grant Ref: AH/Z505456/1. The Project Lead is Marisa de Andrade at The University of Edinburgh. Other Co-Investigators include the University of Bath, University of Dundee, Glasgow School of Art, Northumbria University, Bethany Christian Trust, Ochil Youth Community Improvements, Artlink, Ninewells Community Gardens, Flip of the Coin CIC and North Lanarkshire Council.”
